Andriy Masliukh - Андрій Маслюх |
I was born on June 3, 1975, in Lviv where I live and work.
In 1998 I graduated from Lviv National Ivan Franko University
(faculty of foreign languages, department of English philology);
in the same year I began to cooperate as a translator with
Svichado Publishers.
In 2003 I graduated from the Centre of Italian language and culture of Lviv
National University. Since 1999 I have translated from English into Ukrainian
over 20 books as well as a number of articles for the Ukrainian edition
of the international theological magazine "Communion/KOINΩNIA";
recently I have also worked on translations from Italian. Taking into
account the character of the publishers, I specialize in translating
spiritual and religious literature. |

Kievan Metropolitan Province during the period of Union with Rome (1596-1839)
(Lviv: Svichado, 2004)

a kind of huge theological treatise…
|
|
A pilgrim’s testament: the memoirs of St. Ignatius of Loyola (Lviv: Svichado, 2004)

the founder of the Jesuits Order. A real challenge for the translator…
|
|
Ignatius of LOYOLA, Constitutions of the Society of Jesus (Lviv: Svichado, 2005)
